Ava Nadboy Designs creates pro bono, customized branding packages for charities that lack funds for professional-level design.
I am currently continuing my design education at the University of Texas at Austin. My passion for branding and graphic design started in High School in Advertising and Design I. Over the past few years, I have honed my skills through courses such as AP 2-D Art and Design, Computer Graphics II/Graphic Design, and as a student graphic designer for my school’s advertising company, Golden Advertising. I was also an award-winning member of DECA and a student graphic designer and Editor-in-Chief for my school’s annually published journal, Creative Patterns. Looking for a way to give back while using my creative design skills, I became a graphic designer and a student ambassador for the Limb Kind Foundation, and Ava Nadboy Designs was born. Inspired by my work with the Limb Kind Foundation, which supports children with limb differences, I self-published my first coloring book titled Be Kind. Through inclusive illustrations of children playing soccer, drawing, and simply enjoying life, the book celebrates joy, creativity, and connection. The project began as a way to raise awareness and provide a safe space for individual expression. It has since grown into a broader mission to support nonprofits dedicated to children. I have extensive skills in designing with the Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Procreate, as well as working with social media platforms, including Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, Facebook, and X.
